Warranty Coverage:
Devo provides a limited warranty that its products, including Monitor Cables, Gaming Mouses, Mouse Pads, Floor Pads, Monitor Arms, Chair Pillows, Gaming Chairs, and Tables, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period defined below.

For General Products:
- The Warranty Period for Monitor Cables, Gaming Mouses, Mouse Pads, Floor Pads, Monitor Arms, and Chair Pillows is one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

For Gaming Chairs and Tables:
- The Warranty Period for mechanical parts of Devo Gaming Chairs and structural components of Tables is one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

What This Warranty Covers:
- Mechanical components and structural integrity of Devo Gaming Chairs and Tables, including gas lift mechanisms, adjustable backrest and height mechanisms, tilt and recline functions, casters, and table frames.
- Defects in materials and workmanship of all general products under normal use and service.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Non-mechanical parts of Devo Gaming Chairs such as upholstery, padding, armrests, and accessories.
- Any part of the Devo Tables that is not a structural component.
- Normal wear and tear or effects of aging on all products.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair or modification, accidents, or assembly/maintenance errors.
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.

Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, the customer must:
- Contact Devo/Cazasouq customer support with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Provide additional information or documentation, such as photographs or videos, to support the warranty claim.
- Comply with any instructions from Devo customer service to facilitate the repair or replacement process.

Limitations:
- Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
- Devo is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

Devo Gaming Monitor Warranty Policy

Warranty Period and Scope:
Devo offers a comprehensive warranty policy for its gaming monitors, ensuring they are free from material and workmanship defects under normal usage conditions.

Standard 3-Year Warranty:
- The warranty is valid for three years from the date of purchase for the original purchaser only.
- This warranty is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Incase of monitor replacement only the original date will be applicable.

30-Day Zero Dead Pixel Guarantee:
- If dead pixels are found within the first 30 days of purchase, Devo will replace the monitor.

30-Day Accidental Damage Warranty:
- Covers one incident of accidental damage within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.

Dead Pixel Policy:
Within 30 Days:
- Any number of dead pixels warrants a replacement monitor.

After 30 Days:
- Up to 3 dead pixels are considered acceptable and do not qualify for a warranty claim.
- More than 3 dead pixels or a dead pixel size exceeding 3mm qualify for a replacement.

Warranty Exclusions and Voidance:
- The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from:
- Opening the gadget/device.
- Deleting the device's files.
- Misuse or intentional damage.
- Repairs conducted in unlicensed locations.
- Liquid damage, exposure to moisture, power surges, theft, loss, or natural disasters.
- Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality or damage from normal wear and tear.

Claim Process:
- To file a claim, contact Devo customer support within 30 days of the incident.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with video or photo evidence.
- Show valid proof of purchase.
- Follow all instructions given by customer support.

Repair and Replacement:
Eligible Claims:
- A refurbished or new unit will be provided.
- A deductible service charge and shipping costs may apply.
- The accidental damage warranty terminates upon replacement, but the standard warranty continues.

Limitations of Claims:
- After a replacement, the accidental damage warranty is considered fulfilled to one claim only.

Additional Terms:
Parts and Labor:
- Devo covers all repair costs for defective monitors within the warranty period.

Replacement Units:
- Maybe new or refurbished, at Devo's discretion.
- All replacements carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Damages:
- Devo is not responsible for incidental (After first 30 days), indirect, special, or consequential damages related to product use or performance.
